Mikhail Ullman

  The founder and the president of Holding Mono since 1988. Such successfully developing divisions of the holding, as financial and customs services, retail, logistics and warehousing services, are being under his direct supervision for more than 20 years.

   From 1995 to 2006 Mikhail Ulman was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lateko Bank (after rebranding Norvik Bank).            

Benjamin Kajem

    Vice-president of the holding since 1993 and an equal partner and shareholder of Holding Mono since 1995.
    Prior to assuming the leadership position in Holding Mono he worked as the deputy director of a large engineering bureau in Riga.
  Since 1993 manages real estate and investment departments of Holding Mono.
   Benjamin Kajem is a well known public figure in Latvia.
  Since 2002 has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Council of Jewish Communities of Latvia.
  In 2009 Benjamin Kajem was awarded the highest state award of Latvia - the Order of the Three Stars.
 

Alexander Plotkin

   Founder and shareholder of Holding Mono since 1988. For over 20 years successfully manages manufacturing and IT departments of the holding. He is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia since 1992.
